After many years of accumulative emotional trauma from early childhood through my mid-30’s, I found myself bedridden and near death in 2019. Some of my illnesses included (but weren’t limited to): diagnoses of 7 autoimmune diseases including RA and celiac; digestive issues including lack of motility, candida, SIBO, parasitic infections, and malabsorption; heart problems; severe chronic fatigue and adrenal fatigue syndrome; allergies to mold, grasses, weeds, and most animals; food sensitivities including dairy, wheat, most grains, oils and fats, nightshades; severe anemia; possible Lyme and coinfections (diagnosed by a naturopath); mold illness; POTS, MCS, EMF sensitivities, depression, anxiety, and even skin cancer.

After trying every kind of allopathic specialist, naturopaths, and integrative medicine doctors, 13 different medications, and every diet and natural remedy possible, I found brain retraining that led me on a healing journey. While brain retraining was a great place to start, the missing key was finding the truth that God wanted me well and that all my illnesses were paid for at the whipping post through the gift of salvation in Jesus Christ.

I didn’t just need “brain rewiring;” I needed a lasting heart change that could only happen through the power of the Holy Spirit working in me as I renewed my mind for lasting transformation (Romans 12:2). Because of this revelation, the Holy Spirit has led me to teach that true healing comes through a relationship with the Lord.
